Welcome to All Hale

An Ontario-based nutrition practice serving women across Canada

What All Hale Means To Us

“All Hale” represents our belief that all women can be strong and healthy, in whatever way that looks like to them, no matter their body size, cultural or ethnic background, race, sexual orientation, or medical history.

We enthusiastically welcome you and support you on your journey to becoming the ruler over your own wellness.

At All Hale, everything we do is grounded in a few core beliefs:

Weight-inclusive care.
Health is not defined by a number on the scale. We practice from a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach that prioritizes well-being, respect, and sustainable health over weight loss or body control.

Body trust over body control.
Your body is not broken. We believe in helping women reconnect with their internal cues, learn how their hormones impact their health, and build trust in their bodies — especially during times of change like fertility journeys and perimenopause.

Compassionate, evidence-based care.
Nutrition advice should be rooted in science and delivered with empathy. We aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and never judged.

Whole-person health.
Food is important — but so are mental health, stress, sleep, pleasure, and life context. We take a big-picture approach because real health doesn’t happen in isolation.

Empowerment, not perfection.
Our goal is not to “fix” you or hand you another set of rules. It’s to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to make choices that support your health and your life — now and in the long term.

Our Values

At All Hale, nutrition isn’t about control or perfection. It’s about partnership, compassion, and learning how to work with your body — not against it — through every stage of womanhood.

Meet Michelle

Michelle Jones, MScFN, RD

Hi, I’m Michelle — Registered Dietitian, women’s health advocate, and the heart behind All Hale.

I’ve been practicing as a Registered Dietitian since 2009, but my path into women’s health — and especially fertility and hormone care — became deeply personal when my husband and I found ourselves navigating unexplained infertility. After a long and emotional journey, we pursued IVF. Of the 12 eggs retrieved just 1 reached day 5 for transfer. That single embryo is now our thriving 10-year-old. Five years later, just as we were preparing for another IVF cycle, we were surprised with a spontaneous pregnancy — and today we’re lucky to be raising two incredible, healthy kids.

That experience changed me — both as a woman and as a clinician. It’s why I bring so much care, realism, and hope into the work I do with clients who are trying to conceive, navigating hormonal changes, or feeling disconnected from their bodies.

At the core of my practice is a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach to nutrition. Over the years, I’ve seen far too many women exhaust their energy, joy, and self-worth chasing a specific body size or obsessing over food rules. I truly believe that if women weren’t so consumed by chasing this month’s ideal body shape and size, they’d have more space to thrive — in their health, their relationships, and their lives.

This is especially true in perimenopause, where hormonal shifts can lead to body changes that feel unfamiliar and frustrating. I love supporting women through this phase — helping them feel at home in their changing bodies, focus on what can be influenced, protect long-term health, and continue living strong, vibrant, ass-kicking lives (while feeling good doing it).
