Nutrition Counselling
Empowering Women to Nourish Their Bodies - Without Restriction or Guilt
At All Hale, we believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, capable, and at peace with food. Our nutrition counselling is led by a Registered Dietitian who takes a weight-inclusive approach — meaning we focus on your overall well-being, not the number on the scale.
We know how confusing nutrition advice can be — one headline says one thing, and the next says the opposite. We’re here to help you cut through the noise and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Using principles of gentle nutrition and intuitive eating, we help you build sustainable habits that support your physical and emotional health, without rigid rules or restriction.

At All Hale, nutrition isn’t about control or perfection. It’s about partnership, compassion, and learning how to work with your body — not against it — through every stage of womanhood. For this reason, we strongly recommend at least two follow-up appointments after your initial assessment.
Initial Assessment
This is a supportive, affirming starting point for individuals navigating the hormonal, physical, and emotional changes of womanhood. This session offers personalized, non-diet nutrition care grounded in intuitive eating and weight inclusivity.
During this 60-minute in-depth assessment, we’ll review your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, eating patterns, and relevant lab work when available. Together, we’ll explore how nutrition, mindset, and daily habits may be influencing concerns such as energy, mood, sleep, cycle changes, metabolism, health concerns and overall wellbeing.
This assessment includes initial personalized recommendations and practical strategies tailored to your needs and goals. Supplement guidance may be discussed when appropriate. You’ll leave the session with clarity, direction, and a plan that meets you where you are—without restriction, guilt, or one-size-fits-all rules.
Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up appointments provide ongoing, supportive space to build on the goals established during your initial assessment. During these sessions, we’ll review what’s working well, explore what feels challenging, and adjust strategies as needed to better support your body, your needs, and your real life.
These appointments are an opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity, troubleshoot barriers, and deepen your understanding of nutrition, mindset, and self-care. Together, we’ll continue to refine your goals—or set new ones—as your health journey evolves, ensuring your care remains personalized, practical, and sustainable.
