* Payment plans available. We recommend completing your package within 12 months with appointments scheduled every 2-3 weeks. Packages must be used within 1 year of purchase. Registered Dietitian services are covered by many extended medical benefit plans and a receipt will be provided after each session for insurance purposes. Registered Dietitian counselling services are tax-exempt.

Our intuitive eating program plan helps support you through reconnecting with your body, ditching all the diet rules, and learning what truly works for you. Once this new foundation is built, we use gentle nutrition to guide your body towards your health goals. This is why we recommend working with your Registered Dietitian for a year; because unlearning diet culture and re-learning how to nourish yourself in a way that feels empowering takes time.

  • Michelle has worked with so many women who have been where you are. When you’re ready to make real, lasting chagnes Michelle offers compassionate support every step of the way.

  • Our Registered Dietitian virtual services are open to residents of Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.

  • You’ll start with a comprehensive assessment of your diet. We’ll review your medical history, medications, diet and eating patterns, activity, other lifestyle factors, and your relationship with food and your body. Together, we’ll develop a personalized nutrition plan that meets your goals without restriction or guilt. After your appointment, we’ll send you some nutrition changes to get you started on your path to food freedom.

  • In follow-up, we’ll review your nutrition plan and your progress towards it. This is where we celebrate what’s working and make changes to what’s not going as well. Michelle will continue to guide you towards making lifestyle changes that get you to your ultimate goal - a peaceful relationship with food.

  • When you purchase a package, you have the ability to send Michelle secure messages. In your first appointment, we’ll walk you through how to do this.

    Michelle does her best to respond to messages as soon as possible. Our ability to respond quickly depends on the number of messages we receive, but we always do our best to respond within 48 hours. Please note that weekends and holidays may mean a longer time to receive a response.
