Support your body through perimenopause in the best way possible.
We know that you’re feeling like your body is betraying you. You don’t recognize yourself when you look in the mirror and you certainly don’t feel like yourself, with the erratic crime-scene periods, frozen shoulder, hot flashes, gut issues you never had before, and feeling like maybe you’re losing your mind! We want to set you up for long-term success for improved health and wellbeing for the rest of your life, not just a quick fix to feel better now but going backwards again in 6 months. Our perimenopause program plan helps you support your body’s hormone production, improve energy, tackle gut changes, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. This is why we recommend working with your Registered Dietitian for at least 6-12 months.

You’ll start with a comprehensive assessment of your diet. We’ll review your medical history, current medications, diet, activity, and other lifestyle factors. Together, we’ll develop a personalized nutrition plan that meets your goals without restriction or guilt. After your appointment, we’ll send you some nutrition changes to get you started on your path feeling like you again.
-
In follow-up, we’ll review your nutrition plan and your progress towards it. This is where we celebrate what’s working and make changes to what’s not going as well. Michelle will continue to guide you towards making lifestyle changes that get you to your ultimate goal - long-term health and wellbeing.
-
Michelle will use the information gathered in your initial assessment and follow-up appointments to create custom meal plans designed to support your transition in perimenopause. Even better than just providing you with a meal plan, in your follow-up appointments, Michelle will review the meal plan with you and teach you why meals were included and how to meal plan for yourself.
This package includes up to weeks of custom meal plans.
